An urban paradise at your window and a collection of the best materials, configurations and finishes in every corner of your home. Welcome to AQ Urban Fira’s Oslo building.
Housing founded, structured and erected with a single purpose: to provide you with the home you want, in the city you want to live in.
The foundations will be designed based on the geotechnical assessment. Reinforced concrete pillars and slabs or metal structure according to the project. All of this, in accordance with current regulations and the Technical Building Code.
A first look from the outside at the quality and the materials used to build the home.
The facade surrounding will be made of brick in a combination of different colours. With glass or metal railings according to the project’s elevations.
Look out over the city from your new home´s doors and windows.
The entrance door to the home will be made of reinforced wood, while the interior doors will be semi-solid. Built-in wardrobes will have hinged or sliding doors, depending on the layout. White lacquered finish.
The exterior carpentry will be constructed with aluminium with a thermal bridge break, double glazing and a ventilation system. The opening of windows and balconies will be hinged or sliding, depending on the project. The building´s remaining access doors will be glazed and made of aluminium, with electric opening using a video door entry system or intercom.
Homes designed to guarantee privacy and insulation between all spaces, bedrooms and rooms.
Internal partitioning in the homes will be made of dry partition walls featuring acoustic insulation according to the Technical Code. Homes will be separated using brick masonry and dry partition walls plastered on both sides, with acoustic insulation.
Elegant finishes to suit each room in the house, which you can use as a base to decorate and create the atmosphere you want.
The flooring in the sitting rooms, entrance halls, hallways and bedrooms will be laminated wood. Porcelain stoneware flooring will be installed in the kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and terraces. In the bathrooms, the walls will be tiled in stoneware.
The rest of the home is designed with smooth walls and ceilings in soft colours.
Ceilings for more aesthetic finishes, better moisture resistance and to provide acoustic and thermal absorption to the home.
13 mm laminated plasterboard false ceiling (water-repellent in wet rooms) with self-supporting galvanised sheet metal profiles in entrance hall, corridor, bathrooms, toilets and kitchen.
On the outside, the accessible roof will be finished with a non-slip stoneware exterior finish.
The kitchen is where the magic happens, where the most inspired recipes come to life and where some of the most endearing family moments are experienced. Spending time cooking healthy and elaborate dishes is also a way to take care of ourselves and our loved ones.
Kitchen with large-capacity wall and base units, with integrated handles, hinges and soft-close drawer units.
The sink will have a large-capacity stainless-steel fridge and Compac worktop and splashback. The low-flow chrome single-lever mixer tap will come with a swivel spout.
The extractor hood will be integrated in the wall units, induction hob and even a multifunction oven according to the Project.
Bath time is the best way to end a long day. Take all the time you need, the world can wait.
The bathroom fixtures will be white and the mixer taps will be low-flow.
A home ready to be put into use. Shall we start?
The air-conditioning will be Fan-Coil for hot and cold, through a thermostat-controlled temperature control duct system, and an indoor unit in the false ceiling of the secondary bathroom. The system will be powered by Ecoenergies Barcelona\\\’s hot and cold network, with centralised units per floor.
There will be general lighting in interior and exterior communal areas, and low-energy LED lighting in false ceilings.
The electrical installations will be built-in. All homes will have a telephone and TV connection and network. The telephone installation will be piped and embedded, with TV/RADIO and telephone sockets in the living/dining room, bedrooms and kitchen.
The lift shall be automatic and self-propelled.

Your new environment has facilities and spaces equipped so you can practice sport from home and dedicate time to doing what you like most.
